If you didn't send out the package already, please change the address to our physical address (NCDWR, 401 & Buffer
Permitting Unit, 512 N. Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27604). Packages received in the mail service center can take about a
week before they arrive in our office.

I apologize for mistaking that the subject project was a modification for a Nationwide Permit rather than an Individual
Permit. Please submit 4 copies of a letter request to modify the Individual Permit. Your request should reference the
original permit and additional impact amount and should include an updated site plan showing the additional impact, a
plan to mitigate for the additional impact (letter from EEP) and $240 application fee.

Once again, sorry for the confusion.
