NOT request.
If construction is ongoing but there is a new owner,the new owner must obtain their own NCGO1 Certificate of
Coverage (COC) before NCC 192697 can be terminated. Please work with the new owner to get their COC
number and/or a copy of their COC.
Please submit a new NOT request once you have appropriate supporting documentation. You can upload the
same NOT Certification Form. Thank you.
