I believe the US Army Corps of Engineers issued a 404 permit, but I have not issued the associated 401 permit. I need a

I have requested a copy of agent authorization letter from landowners and will forward when I receive.
We are restoring/stabilizing (through natural channel design) 300+/- feet of the stream and will be
grading the banks and installing in -stream structures, as per the plans. That is what is indicated by
requesting "access" to the stream channel. This particular NW permit # was determined by my Corps
contact - I typically submit for a NW 27, so some of the terminology is a bit awkward. Please let me
know if I can provide you with more helpful information and/or a plan set if you do not currently have
one.
