7. Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or
why it is necessary):
The existing concrete seawall footing has washed out in places. We
propose to form a new footing in front of the existing, install #4 rebar pins
to the existing footing, place 3,000 psi pump mix concrete in the new
footing and finish flush to the existing surfaces, remove the forms, clean
up construction debris and return the lake bed to its existing condition.

o $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
