The features represented' on the' Wake County Soils,,and 'the Garner USGS Quad. maps Were
evaluated to determine their subjectivity'to the Neuse Buffer Rule;. It was determined that there
are, -no features d"epi'cted•on either of the maps. Therefore, according the Rule, this property is not
subject to the Neuse River Basin-- Nutrient S.ensi,tive Walters Management Strategy; Protection and
