This letter will serve as confirmation of the buffer determination made by S &EC
subject property referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBRRO 03 -057.
On August 7, 2002, I conducted a site visit of the features involved in the
referenced project as identified on the attached maps. It was determined that the features
on the Johnston County Soil Survey and on the USGS Flowers, NC Quad trap could pote
be subject to protection under the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Mana€
Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
02B.0233 (NCAC .0233).
