The features represe6ted `on the; Wilson County Soils and ,the Lucama USGS topographic maps
'wer'e'evaluated to determine, their subjectivity , to the Rule ,lt,wat,deti3rrhined'that•,there are two
features depicted. One feature`isz ditch and as�such is not subject'to the Rule. The; other
feature,contains a;pond 'near SR 1149 and is subject to the, Neuse' �RiVei ',Basin:,Nutr;ient,Sensitive
Water"s'Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing, Riparian Areas,
Administrative Code, 15A:2B. 33. The required fifty -foot buffer is, shown on the attached map
along ti5e stream feature and; around the small pond.
