Dear Daniel,

This letter is in response to your November 23, 2021, letter to Springdale Country Club
attached.

Per your inspection letter and Notice of Violation, we need to improve the WWTP flow
meter and composite sampler to flow proportional composite sampling. The existing
flow meter and composite sampler must be updated and are still awaiting pricing from
our vender. The holidays and Covid hits have slowed this process.

I am certain the owner will approve the quote once received and will let your office know
when this takes place. I would expect an order placed in the next two weeks and delivery
within 30 days hopefully.

The flow meter will be calibrated at installation and we will determine what is needed at
the effluent pipe as well after recent flooding.
