This Wednesday Randy and Jim checked on Harris Creek at Permit Site 8 and noticed a lot of new, white sand had
migrated and was found all upstream. I have attached some pictures they sent me. All of the pictures are from
upstream of our project. I wanted to let you know and document it. We think it is from the recent rain events.
