Subject: RE: Modification Confirmation - Follow up on Project Name Revision Request
Good morning,
We saw that you requested the project name to be revised on the COC for this project as a result of additional lots being
added. Unfortunately we cannot revise the current project name on a COC; our current NCG01 Modification process
cannot make updates to that information for the record, and it does not result in a new COC issued. We have many
situations where the original project name contained original lot numbers, and subsequent modifications have added
new lots to it. All the records will reflect this in the permit file for NCC215351 in our digital repository. If you have any
further questions, please let me know.

Subject: Modification Confirmation
This e-mail is to notify you that the modification information for COC No. NCC215351 for the project Petree
Ridge - Lots 10 & 21-24 that you submitted on 12/21/2021 has been added to the permit file records as of
1/4/2022.
Modification Reason: Additional Lots Approved-E&SC Revised; Project Name-E&SC Revised
Additional Details (if provided): This modification is due to the purchase of additional lots by the Permittee
(Isenhour Homes, LLC). The additional lots purchased are 9, 11-20 and 25. The total disturbed acreage has
increased to 6.21 acres. As a result of the additional lots, the Project Name was changed to a more generic
name, and does not reference specific lots as it previously did. We are requesting that the Project Name be
revised and for additional lots to be added to this Certificate of Coverage. Attached is the revised E&SC
Approval and an approved revised site drawing that covers all lots.
You can find all Construction COC Permit files in our Document Repository here.
