The purpose of the project is to build a 4 bedroom single family residence. The proposed driveway will impact 0.06 acres of Section 404 wetlands.

The driveway to the build able area on the lot will impact 0.06 acres (2,730 sf) of Section 404 wetlands. Indirect impacts will include surface runoff during the construction process. A
backhoe, excavator and small tractor will be used to build driveway and prepare the site.
