This serves to confirm that the Preconstruction Conference for the above referenced project is scheduled
for Wednesday February 5, 2014, at 10:00 A.M. in the District III Field Engineer’s Office, located at
19210 US Highway 64E Williamston, NC 27892.

The purpose is this pre-construction meeting will be to discuss the permit requirements and plans for the
construction of Martin Bridge #90 & # 173.

It is requested that you invite any proposed subcontractors deemed necessary. By copy of this
letter, I am inviting various Department representatives having involvement and/or interest in this
project.
