DEVELOPER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERMIT SUBMISSION AND COST AND RECORD DRAWINGS /
AS-BUILTS TO BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY ENGINEERING PRIOR TO PERMIT CERTIFICATIONS.
