(Union County). The proposed development will be the construction of private sewer lift station for two proposed and two existing residential treatment buildings. Sewer flow to be generated by this site is 2,760 GPD. A proposed private sewer lift station will bring the flow from the site and tie into an existing 12" force main located along Stafford Street Extension that is owned by the City of Monroe Water Resourced Department and will be treated at the City of Monroe WWTP (WWTP NC0024333) which is owned by the City of Monroe.
