To Whom It Concerns,
The proposed project, "Morris at Belmont" is a residential apartment complex that
is located in Belmont, Gaston County, South Carolina. The site is located on the south
side of Wilkinson Boulevard and east of the terminus of McLean Street. The proposed
main entrance will be located directly across from Terrace Road, and a secondary
entrance will be a road extension of Romany Lane.
The proposed project will be served by gravity sewer and will provide service to
nineteen (19) residential buildings and one (1) amenity center. A flow of 83,280 GPD will
be required to serve a total of 322 units and a flow of 5,780 GPD for an amenity center.
Totaling a flow allocation for the development 89,060 GPD.
Sincerely,
ESP Associates, Inc.
