On behalf of SCP Autumn Trace Development Co., LLC attached is the post construction
compliance form for Autumn Trace Subdivision. The permit holder Pierce Homes of
Carolina went out of business 2009 and never submitted a compliance form. SCP
Autumn Trace was the landowner during construction and is therefore submitting the post
construction compliance form. Before Pierce Homes of Carolinas went out of business
they had graded and installed all crossings for streams and wetland impacts. NCDOT is
requiring a post construction compliance form for certification of the subdivision
roads. Therefore, we are submitting the compliance form, recorded deed, and
conservation plat as the current landowner. Please let us know if you need anything else
to close out the permit.
