This inspection was conducted to determine if the system is being operated and maintained in compliance with General permit no. NCG550000. This wastewater system sits at the back of an unmarked otherwise vacant lot directly across the street from 117 Tennant Rd. The system was constructed but has never been used. The owner, Mr. Dennis Aldridge, intends on retaining the permit for future use and continues to pay the annual fee. Several of the system components appear to be broken and will require repair if the system is ever put in service. The discharge pipe could not be located during the inspection and will need to be located before the system is used. NCG551455 17 (Cont.)
