In response to your request referenced above (Item 1, General) this is to advise,
under oath, as follows:
Ron Sayles is currently Manager of Clevon Woods Associates, LLC and, as
such, he is fully authorized to sign permits and applications for permits for
the Clevon Woods facility as required by §15A NCAC 02T .0106 (b).
The Annual Report, which 1 will file in January, 2022 with the NC Secretary
of State, will state that Mr. Sayles is Manager of the limited liability
company.
