FOR PHASE ONE WAS APPROVED BY NCDEQ ON 5/18/2021 FOR PROJECT ID (ALAMA-2021-049).
WITHERSRAVENEL IS DESIGNING PHASE TWO FOR THE BALANCE OF THE ON AND OFF -SITE IMPROVEMENTS. PHASE TWO PLANS ARE
BEING DESIGN ON THE PREMISE THAT PHASE ONE CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED SO THE EXISTING CONDITIONS SHOWN ON
