This residence's current address is 463 Stafford Road, Spruce Pine 28777. The current owner appears to
be John L. Buchanan.
No discharge pipe was found. It is recommended that you have your septic tank pumped every 3 to 5 years
and protect your discharge pipe from damage and blockage.
The permit has expired and it appears there is new owner, a permit renewal form is attached to this
inspection. Fill out the form completely and return it to the address on the form.
Failure to permit this facility properly may result in a civil penalty.
