If the E&SC basins are only temporary for the land disturbance and will not receive runoff of stormwater associated with industrial activity at the current operation, and then will be closed out at conclusion of construction, there is no need to add them to the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or monitoring scheme under the NCG07 permit. Only any outfalls that will remain permanently and new drainage areas that will be associated with the industrial activity need to be added (and waterbodies, if those are different than what is currently on the COC). Let us know if you have any questions. Based ono our post -construction permitting map viewer, this area is subject to Phase II post -construction if the disturbance triggers it (Since there is an E&SC required, presumably it is), and that is administered by Henderson County (delegated). Please check with the County about their post -construction requirements. As far as the NCG07 general permit, there is no action that the Central Office needs to take unless there are stormwater discharges to a new waterbody that was not listed on the original COC. If that's the case, you need to request a modification to NCG070166 and provide the new receiving waterbodies. Before electronic DMR reporting begins, we will also need to add any new stormwater discharge outfalls associated with industrial activity to our system. Otherwise, you just need to adjust the monitoring and SPPP records to account for the new area that will become part of this operation. I've copied Brittany Carson, our General Permits Coordinator, if you have additional questions. Bethany, I am currently working on an erosion control plan for one of our sites in Henderson County. We currently are operating under NPDES permit NCG070166. As part of the erosion and control plan I have designed 4 basins. What do I need to do to add these to our permit? Also do I need a post construction permit for this site? Can we modify our NCG07 permit or do I need a NCG01 permit as well? Thanks - Jason Jason Conner 828-712-9009 www.hedrickind.com HEDRI K INDUSTRIES
