A copy of the collection system permit, spill response plan, sewer use ordinance, map of the system and capital improvement plan were all available for review. The Wooten Co. is currently in the process of developing a new capital improvement plan for the City. High -priority lines are being inspected at least once per every six month period of time, as required. The annual 10% of line cleaning was met for the previous year. Right-of-ways are currently accessible in the event of an emergency. All pump stations that were visited during this inspection appeared to be operated and maintained properly with very good housekeeping.
