II. PERFORMANCE:
The City of Dunn has on ongoing inflow and infiltration (I & I) program which
includes line cleaning, TV and smoke testing, and system wide visual inspections
to locate and repair I & I issues in its wastewater collection system. An I & I
study is currently being conducted in the Eastside Lift Station Basin which will
include manhole inspection and smoke testing partially funded by The NC Rural
Economic Development Center. The City is currently planning lift station,
treatment plant, and collection system upgrades utilizing a Clean Water
Management Trust Fund grant and State Revolving Fund loan to help resolve
major I & I issues. This work is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2009 with a
projected completion date of late 2010.

III. NOTIFICATION:
This report is a matter of public record and will be filed in the City of Dunn,
North Carolina Administrative Office and made available to users or customers of

the system. Additionally, this report will be run in The Daily Record (local
newspaper) and on the City's local government cable channel.
IV. CERTIFICATION:
I certify under penalty of law that this report is complete and accurate to the best
of my knowledge. I further certify that this report has been made available to the
users of thenamed system and that those users have been notified of its
