under this Article or a rule implementing this Article ... shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor which may include a fine not
to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000). 1 hereby request exclusion from NPDES stormwater permitting.

Per my communication with Suzanne McCoy, I am sending this letter to inform you regarding the
closing of the Electra Finish Inc. (EFI) Asheboro Plant and termination of the Stormwater NEC #
NCGNE1230. Operations have been consolidated to our Plant located in Mebane, NC. The Site has
been closed and sold as of October 13, 2021.
