DWO site inspection revealed that the hroiect is in substantial compliance with the approved hermit, however file review revealed that, as of today, the Engineer's Certification was not received. (see attached Compliance Inspection Report) Please be reminded that Section 11 (Schedule of Compliance) of the Stormwater Permit SW7071211, item 6, states the following: "Upon completion of construction and prior to operation of this permitted facility, a certification must be received from an appropriate designer for the system installed certifying that the permitted facility has been installed in accordance with this permit, the approved plans and specifications,.....". Please submit the required information as requested above by June 13, 2011. If additional time is needed to complete these items, please submit a written request giving reasons by this date. Please be advised that you are required to comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of your Stormwater Management Permit under Title 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 2H .1003 and North Carolina General Statute 143-214.7, including operation and maintenance of your permitted stormwater system. Please be advised that violations of your Stormwater Management Permit may be subject to the assessment of civil penalties of up to $25,000 per day per violation.
