Graham Facility and cannot find a recent COC.

All the files for this permit are in our digital repository (NCG070071 folder) if you'd like to review them.
The last renewal notification with instructions for obtaining a renewal COC were sent out in 2018 (that letter is
attached), but we do not have a record that anyone requested a copy of the renewal COC for this permit, so none was
generated. That website link is no longer available to the public, but I may be able to access it to generate a copy of the
Certificate of Coverage. Do you need a copy of it?
Also, please let us know if permit contacts need to be updated. You can review those by running a Permit Contact
Summary Report.
