Thank you for addressing the outstanding 2020 annual fee. All we need now to terminate the COC is the erosion
control plan/grading permit close-out documentation from the Town of Holly Springs. The erosion control
close-out documentation is different from the SCM documentation uploaded.
Once you have that documentation, you must upload it as supporting documentation. Only upload the close-out
documentation. Then upload the NOT Certification Form in the appropriate location.
