This report is intended to inform you of the project's compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973 and Construction NPDES Stormwater General Permit. Please review this report carefully as it may contain corrective actions heeded and/or comments which will assist you in meeting the required performance standards. The NOT is available at https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Fomis/NCGO 1-Termination. Please note that this correspondence must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
