We responded on October 8, 2021 with a new permit application package which included EPA NPDES Permitting Forms 1 and 2E. For the October 8, 2021 package, we had not received the BOD5 and Ammonia (as N) results for Outfalls 003 and 005. This revised submittal includes these results.
