Thanks to all for all your help. To be clear, I am thankfully not the director here. I am an aquaculture technician
and one half of our seawater shop. I am the person who schedules our yearly discharge sampling and so when
the question of our status was raised, I was charged with researching it. I am happy to learn that it is being
handled, but still need to figure out by whom so I can report back to my superiors and be sure it will continue

to be handled going forward. We have recently had a large turnover of personnel at the top. I would aloo
appreciate receiving a copy of our permit so that i can attach it to our discharge sampling records.

The renewed version of permit NCG530000 will take effect 12/1/2021. I'll notify the facility that their Certificate of
Coverage has been renewed, and send them the new General Permit.
If they ever cease discharging, they can rescind the CoC.
