This project includes proposed improvements to tax parcel identification numbers 05141104 and 05141107 within the City of Charlotte, NC. The project is located at 11440 N Tryon Street (US HWY 29) and will consist of constructing a new gravity sanitary sewer system to serve the proposed commercial development. The commercial development consists of two buildings and two outparcels, whereas the new gravity sewer will be constructed so it is able to serve the entire development.
