Parkway was not approved for the following reason:
You need to contact the Town of Holly Springs and schedule a final erosion control inspection, if you haven't
already. Depending on the result of the inspection, the Town will issue grading permit or erosion control permit
close-out documentation, which is what you need to upload as supporting documentation.
Additionally, this project has two outstanding fees. The 2021 fee may be waived depending on the close-out
documentation from the Town, but the 2020 fee must be addressed before the COC can be terminated.
Please resolve the 2020 fee and submit a new NOT request once all documentation is in order. You may use the
same NOT Certification Form. Thank you.
