Comment: As part of an NPDES inspection, we reviewed where EC measures were constructed to meet the
condition related to sensitive watersheds. Indeed, staff explained and showed how the EC measure
were built to protect the Dan R from runoff related to a 25-year storm event. All measures were
maintained per the permit.
