As discussed in our meeting yestcrday August 2, 2001. l have prepared tha drawings as
you have requested. Drawing "A" x4ects as is today, drawing "D" reflects Corps Plan
dvcrtay, drawing "C" reflects property after the Corps Plan is completed As you can see
from drawing "A" to drawing "C" the property has been out in half of its utilization from
24 displays to 10 displays Also the value of the property will be adversely effected
Drawing "D" reflects an overlay of all the pipe being removed. Drawing `B" reflects
property after removal of all the pipe As you see from drawing "A" to drawing "E" if
these measures were to take place, this pxoperry would become virtually worNess.
