John, The North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission needs an extension
of time on this one due to winter weather problems. How about the end of
February? I also talked to Jennifer Frye in the WSRO and she indicated
that they have not received anything in her office for review. She is very
familiar with the area and anticipates making comments. Her e -mail address
