Two staff reports are completed
The first is the reason for copying all of the "guys" on this e -mail

Talked with Todd the other day - he agreed that he and Dave would coordinate the finishing touches on this'
'Enforcement Certification (they have applied for a NWP 32 - which I believe the USACE is readv to issue)
since I will more than likely not be around to write the Certification although, considering how long this
project has been dragging on, it may still be around when I come back In order to close out the file for
this Office, I went ahead and did a staff report outlining the RO's concerns /comments Call me if anyone
has any questions - - -

and hopefully you won't hit traffic like you did yesterday)
The staff report just lists the issues that I feel need to be addressed in order for this Cert to be issued
