The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Chad Turlington of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0048577. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance.
