Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection form from the inspection
conducted on April 3, 2014. The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Chad Turlington
of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0048577.
As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES
Permit compliance.

Facility was neat and well maintained. DMR's for the months of June and July 2013 were compared to
bench sheets. Wastewater at this facility is composed of filter backwash water.
