Based on the NPDES Compliance Inspection, there are no outstanding repairs or modifications of the
treatment works necessary at this time.
No special conditions, limitations, or monitoring is suggested at this time.
Based on the above information, the Fayetteville Regional Office recommends reissuance in keeping
with the current basin wide strategy.
