Other Violations/Staff Remarks: DMR remarks say nothing about the missing data and other data entered on the same
weeks indicate there was flow, yet when I called the ORC he claimed there was no flow during those weeks.
I'm recommending a NOI to avail them the opportunity to explain and correct things.
