Hi John,
We have an NOT request for COC number NCC 192665 —Pinehurst Elementary School in our review queue. Our records
indicate two outstanding annual fees are owed for this permit. The 2021 annual fee can be waived given the date on the
provided erosion control plan close-out inspection report. However, the 2020 annual fee cannot be waived and the NOT
cannot be approved until the fee is resolved.
As you can see from the attached invoice, the 2020 annual fee was due in January of this year.
Payment options are outlined in the invoice. You can pay electronically at the following link:
