Violation 1:
The 2019 survey has been resubmitted to Ramesh Ravella on
6/29/21 by Mr. Doug Nieman, Technical Specialist, and there
has been no response. Per Mr. Nieman if the extension is not
granted a sludge survey will be completed before the end of
2021.
Violation 2:
The spray field has been cut, harvested, and sprayed the week of
7/26/21.
Violation 3:
The grass has been mowed and the trash removed around the
lagoon dike.
Violation 4:
I will initial each irr-1 for every 120 minutes pumped. I have
never had an inspector question the one initial per irrigation
event.
