Hi Alaina,
So... that permit was closed in error(briefly), but immediately reopened. The NOT was auto-sent unfortunately when
that error occurred.
We've discussed it internally and set up safeguards to prevent it from happening in the future, but not only is this an
active site,they are currently under a Notice of Violation.
You can reject this NOT, let me know if you need any other documentation from me.
