The pipe outlet at site 1 is currently perched and the stream bed is scoured out. The pipe is getting extended, and it
outlets into a rip rap lined channel at a sharp angle. Based on the existing conditions, we are concerned that the existing
conditions will develop at the new channel. We would like to install a small dissipater that's countersunk into the new
stream bed. I've attached a copy of the updated plans for your records. The impacts aren't changing, but I wanted to
provide you with a copy for your records. Let me know if you need anything else.
