Met with Ray Gambill, President of Biogreen Services of Advance, NC. Biogreen was present and operating at the site with one pumping tractor and two 4,750-gallon spreader trucks. The trucks were loading at one of the two settling lagoons. The lagoons were approximately 250,000 gallons. The trucks then transported the residuals to the land application area approximately 2 miles away. Observed loading operations. No spillage out of the loading area or on the road. Checked the O&M plan. Required elements were present and in good order. Residual samples had been collected, but the analyses were not available. A TCLP sample was collected in 2019. Travelled to the land application area. The area was flagged and behind a fence. Drivers had copies of the O&M plan. Spreading of the residuals was even. No ponding or runoff observed.
