Hey Cherri,
Yes, we met to discuss the site plan on May 10, 2013. We discussed avoidance and minimization of impacts. My notes
have been filed in Laserfiche. The applicant explained the importance of the relatively linear alignment of the proposed
shops and added the proposed development for future phase 2 to the site plan. We also discussed the borrow areas
adjacent to the wetlands and the importance of preventing drainage of the remaining wetlands. The plan reflects our
discussions in the meeting.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Subject: 2013 -1112 The Shops @ Cameron Place
Hi Jennifer and Boyd,
Jennifer, my understanding regarding 2013 -1112 The Shops @ Cameron Place is that it started out as an Individual
Certification but is now a General Certification. This past spring, it started out being called DLP Automotive since that's
the property owner. I saw the site in March of 2013 when the consultant was just getting the jurisdictional
determinations squared away. I think you were at the meeting in May when a site plan was discussed. If you get a
chance, do you mind just checking the site plan for this project to make sure there's nothing contradictory to what you
discussed regarding this plan? Thank you.
Boyd, I guess you know that you'll be reviewing the stormwater plan for this project since there's no local government
involvement. At least you don't need to worry about diffuse flow since it's in the Cape Fear (but not Jordan).
