Subject: Livent to Rebrand all Entities from FMC to Livent
Dear Supplier,
I am writing to notify you that Livent will be renaming "FMC Lithium USA Corp."to"Livent USA Corp."on November
15,2021. This naming change is part of a global initiative at Livent to replace all instances of our legacy FMC brand
with Livent, allowing us to fully represent the company worldwide under the Livent brand.
As you may know, Livent became a publicly traded company in October 2018 and completed its separation from FMC
in March 2019 to become a fully independent company. However,since then,you have likely continued to see the
FMC logo and/or entity names on various Livent materials.We have been working diligently to address this source of
confusion and are excited to announce that we expect to complete our global rebranding process by the end of this
year.
Again,on November 15,2021,we intend to change the name of"FMC Lithium USA Corp."to"Livent USA
Corp." The legal entity remains the same,only the name is changing.
We ask that you please review and update your systems and processes,as needed.
With this change,you will begin to see the Livent name and logo on documents such as purchase orders,invoice
confirmations,and emails.
There will be no change to any agreements or contracts as this is simply a name change, not a reassignment to
another entity or to a new entity. Your existing agreements are still with the same entity,just with a different name.
For any new agreements entered into after our"go-live"date,we will use the new entity name. If your Legal team
has any questions or concerns, please let me know. .
Bank account names will be changing to reflect the new entity name, but bank account numbers will remain the
same. We ask that you please update any of your billing/payment systems, records or processes,as needed.
Lastly,there will be no changes to your primary Livent business contacts as a result of the legal entity name change.
Nor will there be material changes to other terms and conditions in your contract or the plants you are supplying.
