Thanks Paul. I thought the notes were accurate, but did want to clarify a couple things. With regard to the fences
that were down and the culverts that are damaged, I do not think we would agree to close the site with these
conditions present. I don't know if it is the provider, DMS or the landowner's responsibility to fix the issues, but
they should be remedied. Also, I understand the intent is to propose to close the site next year, which would be a
year early for the wetlands. As I noted on site, this is typically reserved for sites that have not had any issues. I
think there were some vegetation issues on this site, and the areas of stream erosion do need to be monitored with
photo points as indicated in the notes.
