Per your message, it sounded as if you had some questions on what exactly we were modifying at CMC Pineville. We are constructing a new stand-alone building (Central Energy Plant) on the western part of the campus. Therefore, we are extending the private 10" line that was installed under the CMC Pineville Campus Improvements project (Permit#WQ0030336) which is now currently in use. This is why we submitted as a modification to this Campus Improvements project permit. The Flow Acceptance letter only references the Central Energy Plant project since this is the only point where additional flow will be coming from. I hope this clears things up for you. Please feel free to give me a call or shoot me anemail if you have any questions or need any additional information, Thank you, Mark R.
