The Town of China Grove was audited on October 6ffi, 2020, during the reporting period. The
Town of China Grove received a NOV during of the audit. The Town of China Grove is
committed to the implementation of a compliant stormwater management program. We a taking
steps to resolve the deficiencies found during the audit. We have submitted all required
documents and are waiting on our Stormwater Management Plan to be adopted, and a new
NPDES Permit issued. Currently, our stormwater management plan is posted for public
comment. We are already working on a new IDDE program which was missing during the audit
resulting in an automatic NOV.
