The attached table represents the status for each of your certified parameters and methods to date. A blank in the "PE complete" column indicates no PE yet recorded for this calendar year. A "Pass" entry indicates your lab has satisfied the annual performance evaluation requirement. Other information in this column indicates vendor and Study identification. A "Fail" entry requires a follow up sample to be analyzed and reported to this office within 60 days. An N/A entry represents parameter exemption from the performance evaluation requirement.
